I forgot that the best part of Christmas Day was that I made Lion House Rolls for the second time, ever, and they turned out great!
Aren't they loverly? They made really good turkey sandwhiches the next day.

I've never done them in literal rolls before... did you cut triangular strips or straight ones? They look great!
Straight strips, somehow they just look cresent roll-ish.
